1) Connect a computer you own to the Internet for your personal use using the access code (MAC address) that you've been authorized by your Internet service provider to use; and/or

2) Make backup "copies" of network cards that are authorized to access software that you have legally purchased in the event your original network card fails.

PLEASE READ THIS CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING. BY ORDERING THIS EQUIPMENT, YOU (THE PURCHASER AND END USER) AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:

I, the purchaser, understand that certain networking equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of Internet service and/or software piracy. As an
inducement to SpeedDemon to sell me networking equipment, I HEREBY DECLARE, under penalties of perjury, that I understand that federal laws, various state laws, and the laws of other jurisdictions may provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of Internet service and/or software piracy. I also understand that all products I purchase from SpeedDemon, now and in the future, may not be used to access the Internet or access software without proper authorization from the Internet Service Provider I access and/or appropriate software licensers. I understand that I may only use the equipment in accordance with the applicable laws of my jurisdictions as well as in accordance with any jurisdiction that has the authority to exercise jurisdiction over me. I understand I must use all products I purchase from SpeedDemon in accordance with internationally recognized IEEE and IANA standards. In the event that I am a dealer in networking equipment, I will not advertise such product with the intent that any purchaser buy the equipment for the purpose of aiding in any theft, nor will I sell or otherwise transfer any equipment I have purchased from SpeedDemon to any third party who may use any such networking equipment for theft. As a further inducement to SpeedDemon, I agree to indemnify SpeedDemon for any cost or expense which SpeedDemon may incur as a result of my breach of the foregoing declaration.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify the appropriate Internet Service Provider prior to use of this equipment. Furthermore, I understand that SpeedDemon technology is not compatible with all networks. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to confirm that this technology is compatible with any network I intend to access before making a purchase. Any unauthorized use shall void warranty and I agree to become liable for any cost or expenses incurred as a result of such unauthorized use including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees. By the purchase of this equipment, I expressly agree to abide by all applicable usage laws.

I hereby hold the seller harmless for any unauthorized use and/ or distribution of this equipment.

For any Claim (excluding Claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) that may arise between SpeedDemon and I, SpeedDemon and I agree to resolve the dispute through a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ramsey County, Minnesota or where the defendant is located (In my case, my home address or principal place of business). SpeedDemon and I agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Ramsey County, Minnesota. All Claims (excluding requests for injunctive or equitable relief) between the parties must be resolved using the dispute resolution mechanism that is selected in accordance with this Section by the party first to assert a Claim, through a court filing. Should either party file an action contrary to this Section, the other party may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $7,000.00, provided that the party seeking the award has notified the other party in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and the other party has failed to withdraw the Claim.

I will comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the ownership and use of computer networking equipment. SpeedDemon will not knowingly sell our products to persons who intend to illegally obtain Internet service or pirate software. I am required by law to pay for Internet service, and costs associated with obtaining additional IP addresses, and software.

Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, You may return your order within 30 days for a refund. Any tampering, either internal or external, voids all warranties associated with the purchase of your product.  Item MUST be returned complete with all accessories, documentations, boxes, manuals, antennas, digital media, and inserts in the original manufacturer's packaging and MUST be in a resalable condition.
